Land Rover Loses Bid To Put Brakes On Suit

Law360, New York (November 21, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- A federal judge has cleared the road to trial for a dealership receptionist’s product liability lawsuit against Land Rover North America Inc. that claimed a defective brake system caused a showroom vehicle to suddenly accelerate and slam her through a plaster wall.
