Law360, New York (November 26, 2007, 12:00 AM ET) -- The U.S. trustee who is overseeing the Chapter 11 case of American Home Mortgage Holdings Inc. has objected to the lender’s motion requesting approval of procedures used to sell loans owned by two non-debtor subsidiaries.
On Friday, U.S. Trustee Kelly Beaudin Stapleton filed an objection with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, arguing that AHM’s motion should be denied because sale notice procedures approved by the bankruptcy court could not be used for property of non-debtors.
