NJ Enviros Want Renewed Push For Fracking Waste Ban

Law360, New York (January 17, 2013, 5:48 PM ET) -- Environmental groups on Thursday marked the end of a one-year moratorium on hydraulic fracturing in New Jersey by urging lawmakers to override Gov. Chris Christie's veto of legislation that would have imposed a statewide ban on the treatment and disposal of waste from that natural gas drilling method.
