Wells Fargo Can Use Info From Other Suits In Contracts Case

Law360, New York (January 16, 2013, 10:16 PM EST) -- Wells Fargo Bank NA is perfectly within its rights to cite documents, emails and testimony from other lawsuits in its breach of contract complaint against mortgage servicer EMC Mortgage LLC, as long as the material is relevant to its case, a Delaware Chancery judge ruled Tuesday.
