Roche's Win Over $12M Accutane Judgments Stands In NJ

Law360, New York (January 17, 2013, 3:24 PM EST) -- In a win for Hoffmann-La Roche Inc., the New Jersey Supreme Court on Wednesday declined to review a decision reversing judgments totaling $11.8 million for three plaintiffs who claimed they developed inflammatory bowel disease after taking acne drug Accutane.

The high court denied the petition for certification of one-time Accutane users who had sued Roche under Florida law.
