Chevron Unit Targets Claims In $100M Marcellus Dispute

Law360, Philadelphia (January 17, 2013, 5:14 PM EST) -- A Chevron subsidiary argued Tuesday that Mifflin Energy Corp. lacked standing to pursue $100 million in claims stemming from alleged violations of a joint venture agreement over drilling in the Marcellus Shale, contending that the company never lost its oil and gas rights.
