HHS Awards Another $1.5B In Exchange Grants To 11 States

Law360, New York (January 17, 2013, 3:41 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services parceled out another $1.5 billion in grants to help states build their health insurance exchanges Thursday, with 11 states — including four that likely will not have a state-based exchange in 2014 — receiving the grants.
