Pa. Firm Can't Duck Ex-Client's Suit Over Time-Barred Claim

Law360, Philadelphia (January 17, 2013, 6:10 PM ET) -- A Philadelphia federal judge ruled Tuesday that a suit accusing a Mutzel Wesner & Silvestro LLP partner of botching a woman’s suit against her dentist and breaching a fee agreement can proceed after determining that the woman’s claim for damages equal to what she would have won in the dental suit is appropriate.
