Texas Firm Says It Was Stiffed By Energy Co. Investors

Law360, Dallas (January 17, 2013, 6:53 PM EST) -- Texas law firm Gruber Hurst Johansen Hail Shank LLP filed suit in state court Tuesday against former clients it represented in an investor suit against an energy company, saying the shareholders won’t pay their bills for the firm’s work on the case.
