Pa. AG To Review Lottery Privatization Deal Opposed By Dems

Law360, Philadelphia (January 18, 2013, 3:45 PM EST) -- Newly inaugurated Pennsylvania Attorney General Kathleen Kane will review the contract handing over operations of the Pennsylvania Lottery to a private manager, her office announced Friday, amid calls by Democratic leaders asking her to reject the deal.
