Noncounty Plaintiffs Booted From Ill. J&J Suits

Law360, New York (January 18, 2013, 8:29 PM EST) -- An Illinois state appeals court on Jan. 14 dismissed or transferred claims brought by out-of-state and out-of-county plaintiffs against Johnson & Johnson and subsidiary McNeil-PPC Inc. for injuries allegedly caused by Tylenol and Levaquin, ruling they did not belong in the county where they were filed.
