Pa. Judge Finds Senior Care Provider Miscalculated Overtime

Law360, New York (January 18, 2013, 6:26 PM EST) -- A Pennsylvania state judge on Monday ordered Diakon Lutheran Social Ministries to shell out more than $670,000 in a class action accusing the senior living and health service provider of incorrectly calculating overtime wages, saying it failed to follow state wage law.
