Lucasfilm Win Undermines Bias Law, Calif. Court Told

Law360, New York (January 22, 2013, 5:40 PM EST) -- An appeals court ruling that nixed nearly $114,000 in damages and a $1.2 million attorneys' fee award for a woman who sued Lucasfilm Ltd. over alleged pregnancy bias conflicts with existing law, the plaintiff said Friday in a petition for California Supreme Court review.
