Hausfeld Accused Of Ethics Violations In NCAA Suit

Law360, New York (January 21, 2013, 6:23 PM EST) -- A former attorney with the law firm of well-known class action attorney Michael D. Hausfeld sued Hausfeld and his law firm in California federal court Thursday, claiming he was fired after speaking out against Hausfeld's unethical practices, including failing to pay into a litigation fund for an antitrust suit against the National Collegiate Athletic Association over the use of student athletes' likenesses.
