Ticketmaster To Pay $23M To Settle Service Fee Suit

Law360, New York (January 22, 2013, 5:16 PM EST) -- Ticketmaster LLC is agreeing to cough up $23 million to settle a pair of putative class actions accusing the company of enrolling customers without their permission into an online coupon service that charged a recurring monthly fee, according to documents filed in California federal court Friday.
