Law360, New York (January 24, 2013, 8:04 PM ET) -- New Jersey's Senate Budget committee cleared a bill on Monday that would allow more public works projects to use project labor agreements, amid criticism that the bill would take work away from the state's construction workers.
The bill, S2425, would expand the definition of "public works project" under state law with regard to public labor agreements.
