Apple Wants Sales Ban Reviewed Due To Fed. Circ. Conflicts

Law360, New York (January 22, 2013, 8:04 PM EST) -- Apple Inc. on Tuesday said the Federal Circuit's lifting of a U.S. sales ban on Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd.'s Galaxy Nexus smartphone needs a full-court review to reconcile conflicting patent rulings the court has made.
