7th Circ. Unpierces The Veil: Command Video V. Roti

Roti, Nos. 12-1351, 12-1430 (7th Cir., Jan. 14, 2012), the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit reversed a ruling of an Illinois federal district court that allowed a plaintiff to “pierce the corporate veil” and collect from its judgment debtor’s owner.
