Fla. House Bill Pushes Oil Exploration In State Forest

Law360, Miami (January 24, 2013, 7:23 PM EST) -- A Florida state representative on Tuesday introduced a bill that would open the door for a public-private partnership allowing private companies to explore possible onshore oil and gas deposits in the Blackwater River State Forest in the panhandle.
