Subway Accused Of 'Short Selling' Footlong Subs

Law360, New York (January 23, 2013, 8:22 PM EST) -- Subway Sandwich Shops Inc.’s so-called footlong sandwiches come up short, according to a putative class action suit filed Tuesday in New Jersey court alleging Subway defrauded customers by selling “footlong" sandwiches that don’t measure 12 inches.
