Dallas Dodges FCA Suit Over Blocked Housing Project

Law360, New York (January 24, 2013, 6:15 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Wednesday dismissed for lack of jurisdiction a qui tam suit alleging Dallas officials misled the federal government about plans to promote affordable housing in order to secure grants while actively blocking projects that would have provided such housing to low-income minorities.
