Top Calif. Court Snubs Sports Club In Arbitration Pact Suit

Law360, San Diego (January 24, 2013, 10:36 PM EST) -- The California Supreme Court on Wednesday let stand a lower court’s finding that a former Sports Club Co. worker who never signed the company’s arbitration pact but stayed on board after learning that the agreement was a condition of employment did not have to arbitrate her wrongful termination and sexual harassment case.
