Dreier Trustee Demands Ex-IP Head, Partners Cough Up Funds

Law360, New York (January 24, 2013, 8:19 PM EST) -- The liquidating trustee for Dreier LLP on Wednesday hit its former intellectual property head and two other former partners with a suit looking to recover profits earned from legal matters that the trustee says originated with the fallen firm.
