Judge Won't Recuse Self From HCA, Centura Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (January 28, 2013, 1:20 PM EST) -- A Colorado federal judge on Friday refused to recuse himself from an antitrust suit accusing Centura Health Corp. and an HCA Inc. unit of trying to put four surgical centers out of business, despite Centura’s argument his relationship to an executive at a Centura “sponsor” could open doubts about his impartiality.
