DOD Clears Advanced Research Staff In Ethics Probe

Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 4:02 PM EST) -- The Department of Defense's inspector general Thursday cleared the staff of the Pentagon's advanced research branch in a wide-ranging investigation into conflicts of interest related to the revolving door between Pentagon and contractor jobs.

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency's ethics training “appropriately mitigated the potential for conflicts of interest,” according to a Thursday IG report.
