McKesson, Sales Reps Reach $1.2M Accord In FLSA Action

Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 4:24 PM EST) -- McKesson Corp. has agreed to pay $1.2 million to settle a Fair Labor Standards Act collective action alleging the medical device and pharmaceutical wholesaler failed to pay a group of sales representatives overtime, according to documents filed Friday in Connecticut federal court.

The settlement, which must be approved by the court, is intended to compensate a group of sales representatives who worked for McKesson between Oct. 14, 2008, and March 13, 2011. The case involves employees who worked in Connecticut, Florida and Arizona.
