Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 6:30 PM EST) -- The D.C. Circuit ruled Friday that a lower court omitted a necessary legal standard in dismissing a whistleblower's False Claims Act suit against two telecom contractors, but that the case would have been tossed even if the standard were applied.
