Lincoln General Wins $16.5M In Auto Reinsurance Fight

Law360, New York (January 25, 2013, 4:39 PM ET) -- A Texas federal judge on Friday issued a final judgment ordering a pair of U.S. Auto Insurance Services Inc. affiliates to pay reinsurer Lincoln General Insurance Co. $16.5 million in damages in the reinsurer's suit claiming it was bilked out of millions of dollars.
