Law360, Los Angeles (January 25, 2013, 9:20 PM EST) -- A California federal judge Friday granted final approval to a class action settlement requiring Walt Disney Parks & Resorts U.S. Inc. to make its theme parks more accessible to the visually impaired, finding the parties had resolved due-process concerns that had stymied the deal.
