Law360, New York (March 12, 2013, 9:55 PM EDT) -- After eight months of negotiations and vote punts, the San Francisco Board of Supervisors on Thursday approved an environmental impact report for California Pacific Medical Center’s newly shaved down $2 billion hospital development, but the panel ordered it to resecure other key approvals.
