Ex-Philly Housing Head Blasts Former Boss At Firing Trial

Law360, Philadelphia (January 29, 2013, 5:53 PM EST) -- The ex-director of the Philadelphia Housing Authority told a Pennsylvania federal judge Tuesday that he was ousted from his post because former Mayor John Street, who headed the authority's board, was embarrassed by sexual harassment allegations emerging against Greene.

Carl Greene claims that Street and the PHA violated the terms of his employment contract when they fired him in September 2010 amid reports of sexual harassment, personal financial troubles and misuse of public funds.
