Health Reform Will Mean Smaller Tax Credits For Some: GAO

Law360, New York (January 28, 2013, 9:59 PM EST) -- Most people who receive the health coverage tax credit will get less generous help with insurance premiums in 2014, when the tax-credit program ends and the Affordable Care Act takes over, but a quarter of participants will see greater tax credits, a report issued Monday said.
