Law360, Los Angeles (January 28, 2013, 4:16 PM EST) -- Miami Beach developer Michael A. Stern faces up to 10 years in prison after he pled guilty Monday in California federal court to a fraud-related count for swindling Indianapolis Colts linebacker Dwight Freeney out of up to $3 million.
