Bristol-Myers, Sanofi Topple Plavix False Marketing Suit

Law360, Chicago (January 29, 2013, 4:42 PM EST) -- A West Virginia federal judge on Tuesday tossed a lawsuit alleging Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. and Sanofi-Aventis US LLC deceptively marketed blockbuster blood thinner Plavix, finding the plaintiffs failed to show causation between the purported misrepresentations and their own reimbursement of Plavix prescriptions.
