Duane Morris Bolsters IP Group With Locke Lord Veteran

Law360, Los Angeles (January 29, 2013, 8:27 PM EST) -- Duane Morris LLP has increased its intellectual property capabilities by adding a former Locke Lord LLP partner specializing in pharmaceutical patent litigation to its intellectual property practice group in Chicago, the firm said Tuesday.

Kevin M. Nelson joins Duane Morris as a partner after spending the last 12 years representing generic-drug companies in patent litigation brought under the Hatch-Waxman Amendments to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
