PriceRite Reaches $2M Deal In Assistant Manager OT Suit

Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 3:32 PM EST) -- Grocery store owner and operator PRRC Inc. struck a $2 million deal to end a class and collective action claiming that assistant managers at PriceRite stores were wrongly classified as exempt from overtime pay requirements, according to a Wednesday filing in Connecticut federal federal court.
