Suit Over Ness Sale Strong Enough, Vector Tells 2nd Circ.

Law360, New York (January 31, 2013, 10:11 PM EST) -- Private equity firm Vector Capital Corp. on Thursday asked the Second Circuit to reopen a contract suit against Ness Technologies Inc., arguing it has adequately pled that Ness broke an exclusivity deal when it sold to a Citigroup Inc. unit.
