Attys in Bayer GM Rice MDL Demand State Claim Firms Pay Up

Law360, New York (February 1, 2013, 5:02 PM EST) -- The lead attorneys in multidistrict litigation over the contamination of U.S. crops by Bayer AG’s genetically modified rice launched a class action in Missouri court Thursday against several law firms over their refusal to contribute to a common benefit fund.
