Patent Co. Fights Nintendo's Harassment Claims

Law360, New York (November 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Texas-based licensing company that warned the inventors of its video game controller patent not to aid Nintendo Co. Ltd. in invalidating the patent is now fending off harassment allegations.

Fenner Investments Ltd. responded Wednesday to Nintendo's motion seeking to halt the patent-holding company's alleged legal threats against two of the patent's inventors.
