Clearwire Backs $2.2B Sprint Deal, Keeps Dish Offer Alive

Law360, New York (February 1, 2013, 5:00 PM EST) -- Clearwire Corp. said Friday it was still considering Dish Network Corp.'s $2.4 billion offer to buy the company, even as it released a proxy statement in support of Sprint Nextel Corp.’s lower bid and describing the behind-the-scenes battle for the broadband provider.
