Dish Ad-Skip DVR Violates Copyrights, Fox Tells 9th Circ.

Inc. on Thursday reasserted its argument at the Ninth Circuit that services offered by Dish Network Corp. in connection with an ad-skipping digital video recorder violate the terms of a contract between the two companies and infringe Fox's copyrights.
