Appeals Court Affirms DOD Discrimination Decision

Law360, New York (November 29, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appellate court has affirmed a lower court's dismissal of a case alleging the Department of Defense discriminated against a former employee.

A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled Thursday that the appeals brief, which appealed the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii’s grant of the government's motion to dismiss the case, was deficient.
