Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 8:28 PM EST) -- The Obama administration last week proposed to satisfy religious objections to the health law's contraception mandate by shifting the responsibility for providing free birth control onto insurers, a proposal that will require the industry not only to pick up the tab, but also to negotiate a wealth of potential regulatory conflicts, experts say.
