Insurers Must Cover Motorola Worker Toxic Exposure Suit

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 2:08 PM EST) -- An Illinois state judge refused Thursday to let Zurich Insurance Co. and a Fireman's Fund Insurance Co. affiliate escape covering Motorola Solutions Inc. in lawsuits by employees who blame toxic exposure for their children's birth defects, finding that release agreements for other environmental claims don't apply.
