Exelon Misstated Nuke Plant Decommission Funds, NRC Says

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 5:24 PM EST) -- The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission said Thursday that Exelon Corp. deliberately misreported for several years the funds it has available to eventually shut down its power plants, including a fleet of reactors in Illinois, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

In a Jan. 31 letter to Michael J.
