SEC Pick May Face Questions Over ‘Troubling’ Defense Work

Law360, New York (February 4, 2013, 2:00 PM EST) -- Senate lawmakers should question Mary Jo White about her “troubling” past as a defense attorney representing Wall Street executives during her upcoming confirmation hearing to lead the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, a financial reform group said Friday.
