Texas Lawmaker Latest To Float Drone Privacy Bill

Lance Gooden introduced legislation Friday that would make it a misdemeanor to use unmanned aircraft, or drones, to take unauthorized photographs, making Texas the latest state to consider drone privacy protections amid the federal government's move to expand the machines' use to the commercial sphere.
