NJ Senate Pushes Post-Sandy Insurance Reform Bills

Law360, New York (February 04, 2013, 8:22 PM ET) -- A New Jersey Senate committee advanced on Monday two bills designed to protect New Jersey homeowners in the aftermath of a disaster like Superstorm Sandy, with one aimed at simplifying insurance policies while the other would limit fees for public adjusters during emergencies.
