HHS Approves Fla. Medicaid Waiver For Long-Term Care

Law360, Miami (February 4, 2013, 8:50 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services approved a Medicaid waiver for the Florida's long-term care program, Gov. Rick Scott announced Monday, pressing the federal agency's leader to do same for another waiver still pending.
