DOT To Distribute $2B For Post-Sandy Transit Repair

Law360, New York (February 05, 2013, 7:08 PM ET) -- The first $2 billion of the $10.9 billion in emergency funds Congress approved last month for Hurricane Sandy relief will be distributed soon for capital costs associated with damaged public transportation facilities and equipment, federal transportation officials said Monday.
